Program description
Quick Cash Property Buyers sends text messages to property owners who have asked us for a cash offer on their home. Messages relate to your property, your offer, scheduling a walk through or closing, and answers to questions you have asked us. This is a conversational program between you and a member of our team. We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on qcpbproperty.com. The box is never pre-checked. The wording you agree to is:
"I agree to receive text messages from Quick Cash Property Buyers at the phone number provided, including messages about my property and my cash offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer."
You may also opt in by texting us first, or by giving a team member verbal permission during a phone call, which we record in our system with the date and time.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You will still receive a cash offer and the same level of service if you do not agree to text messages. We will simply contact you by phone or email instead.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to remove you by calling (267) 436-3150. If you change your mind, reply START or fill out the form again to opt back in.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive a handful of messages while we are working on their offer.
Cost
We do not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, depending on your plan.
Carriers and delivery
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the aggregators and providers who deliver our messages.
